A Warehouse and Pre-Production Manager to join our team and work in our North Dublin City Studio full time, supporting our senior wedding producer, senior event producer and wedding design team.

The right person would ideally have a background in managing and working towards tight deadlines ensuring all operations run smoothly is required. Responsibility for executing the delivery process with speed and accuracy.

We are ideally seeking someone with a background as a Warehouse and Pre-Production Manager with a strong emphasis on organization & leadership with a high level of energy and passion. Drive performance through exemplary supervision; develop and retain competent, professionally satisfied staff:


  • Organizing the running of a warehouse with a team of six plus
  • Pre-Production planning, staffing schedules and transport logistics
  • Purchasing and replenishing of stock
  • Overseeing the organization and turnaround of client requirements based on the vision and guidelines of the event’s Manager.  
  • Managing the return of rental inventory and processing of the rental items back into inventory
  • Effectively troubleshoot any issues that may arise
  • Maximize the storage area by maintaining and organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles
  • Maintains inventory accuracy by conducting monthly stock counts; reconciling variances
  • Enhance and adhere to safety guidelines

Required Education, Skills and Qualifications

  • Third level degree or equivalent discipline is desirable.
  • Competent computer skills
  • 3 years’ plus experience in a similar environment within the events set up, logistics or equipment industry.
  • An ability to communicate clearly, simplifying the complex to make it understandable and compelling to all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrate an ability to lead and manage customers, and service clients’ needs when appropriate.
  • Previous people management skills, this is one of the most important aspects for the role  
  • A good eye for detail
  • Full Irish Drivers Licence


  • A background in wedding/events logistics and co-ordination
  • Third level degree or equivalent discipline is desirable.
